The organizers of the Indian Lakes HOA Halloween party have booked us for this annual event three years in a row. For 2026 we delivered a large obstacle course, two interactive games, a popcorn machine, tables and chairs for the residents, and two generators to power it all.

The Weslyn Park HOA hosted its residents at Pioneer Park. We brought a bounce house, an axe throw game, bubbles and music, padded seating, two generators, and event staff on site.
For this Tivoli Reserve community event in Davenport we set up a big obstacle course, two water slides and a snow cone machine, with a generator and event staff on site.

What HOA organizers usually ask us
Delivery, setup and pickup
Delivery, professional setup and pickup are part of every rental. We anchor each unit for the surface, keep clear space around every inflatable, and walk your day-of contact through the setup before we leave. If your community rules require an earlier pickup, tell us when you book.
Power in common areas
Clubhouses and pool decks rarely have enough separate circuits for several blowers. Each blower needs its own 20-amp circuit within about 100 feet. When the outlets aren't there, add a gas generator ($99, delivered with a full tank) for that unit.
Event staff
Event staff are optional and booked by the hour: $50 per hour, per staff member, with no minimum. For a community event we suggest one staff member per inflatable.

Every inflatable is cleaned and sanitized before each rental and set up safety-first by our experienced, family-owned crew.

Do you work with HOA boards, social committees and property managers?
Yes. We work directly with HOA board members, social committee volunteers and community managers. Tell us who the day-of contact will be and we will coordinate delivery and setup with that person.
Where in our community can you set up?
Clubhouse lawns, pool lawns, community parks, common areas and parking lots. We anchor on grass, turf, concrete and pavers. Check your HOA's rules for the amenity area and we will plan around them.
Our common area has no outlets. Can we still have inflatables?
Yes. Add a gas generator for each inflatable that can't reach its own 20-amp circuit. Generators are $99 each and come with a full tank.
Can you provide staff to run the attractions?
Yes. Event staff are $50 per hour, per staff member, with no minimum hours. We suggest one staff member per inflatable for community events.
What should we send you to get a quote?
Your event date, the community and spot you have in mind, an estimated headcount, the age groups, and where power is. A photo of the area helps. For larger setups with several inflatables, we can visit the site first.
How far ahead should our HOA book?
Two to three weeks is a good minimum. Book earlier for October weekends and spring dates, when the large obstacle courses and slides go first.
Can tables, chairs, tents and concessions come on the same order?
Yes. Inflatables, games, tables, chairs, tents, concession machines, generators and staff all come on one order from one company.
Do you serve HOAs outside Saint Cloud?
Yes. Besides Saint Cloud, Narcoossee and Harmony, we deliver to communities in Kissimmee, Davenport, Lake Nona, Poinciana, Hunters Creek and the Orlando area.
