A 275-guest Family Fun Night at a Saint Cloud church

On Wednesday, August 12, 2026, a Saint Cloud church hosted a Family Fun Night community outreach for more than 275 guests. Here is how the day went.

What we brought

Layout

Our crew arrived around noon. The pastor walked us through the layout he wanted and pointed out the power and water. Both water slides, the bounce house and the combo went on the grass. The 70' obstacle course went on the parking lot.

Power and water

Most units plugged into the church building, 50 to 100 feet away. The 32' slide sat farther out on the lawn, so one generator ran it. Water came from the building, within 100 feet. The church provided some hoses and we brought the rest.

Timeline

Two crew members had all five units up in about 2.5 hours, hours before guests arrived at 6 pm.

Youth Joy Fest at Connect Church, Saint Cloud (March 2026)

An evening youth outreach for about 100 people: Black Ops Obstacle Course, Joust Gladiator, Dunk Tank, Dual Axe Throwing Game, a 20 x 20 High Peak Tent with string lighting, popcorn, cotton candy, snow cone and hot dog machines, and yard games. Our staff ran the concession machines.

Candy Drop at a Kissimmee church (March 2026)

50' Multi Color Obstacle Course with pool, 16 FT Adventure Island, Melting Arctic bounce house and Purplish bounce house. The same church booked us again in June 2026 with the 25' Multi Color Obstacle Course, 24ft Purple Crush Water Slide and Tropical Double Lane Slip N Slide.

Church event questions we hear most

Can you set up on our church parking lot?

Yes. We set up on grass, turf, concrete, pavers or indoors. We use stakes on grass and sandbags on hard surfaces. At the August event above, the 70' obstacle course ran on the parking lot.

What if power is far from where we want the inflatables?

Each blower needs one outlet on its own 20-amp breaker. We prefer to set up within 50 feet of an outlet and can reach 100 feet. Past that, a generator runs the unit, as it did for the 32' slide in August.

Can your staff run the concession machines?

Yes. Event attendants are optional and cost $50 per hour, per attendant. At Youth Joy Fest our staff ran the popcorn and cotton candy machines.

Do you serve churches outside Saint Cloud?

Yes. The events on this page were in Saint Cloud, Kissimmee and Orlando, and we deliver across Central Florida.
