Park Party Rentals in Saint Cloud, FL: Celebrate at the Park, We Bring Everything

Why host the party at your house when the park is right there? Bounce N Around Rentals sets up bounce houses, combos, obstacle courses, dry slides, tents, tables, chairs, concessions and yard games at parks across Saint Cloud, Osceola County and Orange County. Our crew handles delivery, setup, the generator and pickup, and our family's catering business can even bring the food. You pick the pavilion. We take care of the rest.

Obstacle course and superhero bounce house set up under the oak trees at Moss Park in Orlando, FL for a park birthday party by Bounce N Around Rentals

Moss Park, Orlando: an obstacle course and a bounce house under the oaks, powered by our generators. Moss Park is one of our most consistent park destinations.

Why celebrate at a park instead of your home

No strangers' shoes on your carpet, no cleanup at 9 p.m., no squeezing 30 kids into a backyard. A reserved pavilion gives you shade, picnic tables, parking for everyone and room for an obstacle course next to the bounce house. Grandparents get a bench with a lake view and the kids get to run. When the party ends, you walk to your car. We pack up the rest.

There is one honest catch: not every park allows inflatables, and the rules change at the city line. That is exactly why we built this page.

Which Central Florida parks allow bounce houses

Here is the plain answer most rental companies will not give you. Rules come from each parks department and can change, so always confirm with the park office when you reserve.

Ask the park

Saint Cloud city parks (Lakefront Park pavilions, Chisholm Park pavilions, Partin Triangle)

Inflatables are approved pavilion by pavilion, and the answer can change with the season and how busy the park is. Reserve through the City of St. Cloud Parks & Recreation (407-957-7392), tell them you are bringing a bounce house, and we provide the certificate of insurance they ask for.

Usually yes

Osceola County parks (Buenaventura Lakes, Archie Gordon, Oren Brown, Marydia and others)

Allowed at many pavilions with a reservation and a certificate of insurance naming the county, which we provide. Approval depends on the park and the date, so reserve online through the county's ActiveNet system or call Osceola County Parks (407-742-0375) and ask before you book your rentals.

Dry units only

Orange County parks (Moss Park, Meadow Woods Park, Barber Park, Blanchard Park, Dr. P. Phillips Community Park)

Dry inflatables only, with written permission from the park and an insurance certificate naming Orange County, filed at least 15 days before your event. Water slides are not allowed in any Orange County park. Moss Park in Orlando is one of our most consistent park destinations, so we know the routine. Orange County Parks: 407-836-6200.

Not allowed

City of Kissimmee parks (Kissimmee Lakefront Park, Shingle Creek, Mill Slough, Oak Street)

The city does not allow inflatables, tents or bounce houses at any city park or pavilion. If you live in Kissimmee, choose an Osceola County park nearby, a Saint Cloud park, or your community clubhouse, and we will meet you there.

Not allowed

City of Orlando parks (Bill Frederick Park, Lake Eola, Delaney Park)

Bounce houses are not allowed at City of Orlando park reservations. Lake Nona, Hunters Creek and Meadow Woods families usually choose an Orange County park instead.

Not sure who owns your park? Text us the park name and we will tell you in minutes.

Parks we set up at all the time

Moss Park in Orlando (our most consistent park), Harmony Community Park in Saint Cloud, the pavilions at Saint Cloud Lakefront Park, and Osceola County neighborhood parks. Community parks inside HOA neighborhoods usually follow the HOA's rules instead of the county's; see our HOA and community event page for those.

The Park Party Package

Park parties work best as one delivery, one setup and one pickup. A typical Saint Cloud park birthday looks like this: a combo bounce house or obstacle course for the kids, a generator to run it, a 20x20 tent with tables and chairs beside the pavilion, a popcorn or cotton candy machine from our concessions, and cornhole or giant Jenga from our yard games for the adults. Everything arrives on one truck with our crew.

Park orders start at $349 in rentals before delivery.

$100 park fee on every park booking. It covers the two things parks almost always require: naming the city or county as an additional insured on our certificate of insurance, and same-day pickup before dark.

Rent 1 Get 1 Free applies to park parties too. A combo or obstacle course with a free bounce house is the most popular park setup we deliver. See the deal rules.

Since water slides are not allowed at most parks, our dry slides are the park favorite: all the height and speed, no hose required.

Power at the park: generators made simple

A generator is required for every park event unless you bring your own. Some pavilions do have outlets, but in our experience they are rarely reliable enough to keep a blower running all afternoon, and a blower that loses power means a bounce house deflating with kids inside.

3,500-watt generator, $99

Runs one blower. The right pick for a single bounce house, combo or obstacle course.

5,500-watt generator, $149

Runs two blowers. The right pick for a Rent 1 Get 1 Free park party or any two-unit setup.

Every generator arrives with a full tank, and we size the order for you when you book, so you never have to guess wattage or carry gas cans.

Insurance and your park's certificate

Bounce N Around Rentals is fully insured with $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate general liability through an A-rated carrier, and the $100 park fee covers the additional-insured certificate your park asks for. Here is how it works:

  1. You reserve the pavilion and ask the park office exactly what the certificate must say (the holder name and mailing address).
  2. You text or email that to us at 407-460-0871 or fun@bouncenaroundrentals.com.
  3. We send it to our carrier and email the finished certificate to you and to the park, usually within 48 hours.

Parks take longer to approve the certificate than we take to issue it, so ask your park office early. For Orange County parks, book at least three weeks ahead so the certificate reaches Risk Management inside their 15-day window. See a sample certificate on our Safety and Insurance page.

Delivery, setup and pickup at parks

Parks are different from backyards, so we plan for them. Our crew arrives an hour or more before your start time, rolls the units in on hand trucks from the closest parking area, anchors them with stakes on grass or sandbags on pavement, tests every blower and walks you through the rules before we leave. We ask that the person who reserved the pavilion meets us at setup and keeps the pavilion reservation handy.

Pickup is the same day, before dark and before the park closes, for everyone's safety; tell us the park's closing time when you book. Delivery is priced by address; setup and pickup are always included. Check your ZIP code at checkout for the exact fee.

If severe weather is forecast, we reschedule at no charge or issue a rain check good for a year, the same promise we make for every rental.

Add the food from Fiona's Cuisines

Our family's catering business, Fiona's Cuisines, can deliver the food to your pavilion with the rentals: party trays, hot plates, desserts and the drinks. You book the food with Fiona's and the rentals with us, one family handles both, and nothing gets cooked the night before. See the menu on our catering page or ask when you call.

Park parties for HOAs, churches, schools and teams

Community socials, church outreach days, PTA field days and end-of-season team parties fit parks perfectly. Some parks require trained staff at each inflatable, and for groups over 50 we recommend it anyway because open parks draw walk-up guests. Our event attendants are $50 per hour per staff member; book early so we can confirm availability for your date.

We can add tents, concession booths and a second generator setup, we provide the certificate your park requires, we accept purchase orders from schools and churches, and we speak Spanish. See our HOA and community event page, our church event page and our large event page for real events we have set up.

Is your park party ready?

  1. Pavilion reserved in your name, with the date and block time.
  2. Park confirmed that inflatables are allowed (we help you ask).
  3. Park's closing time shared with us for pickup.
  4. Surface known: grass, pavers or concrete.
  5. A contact who will be at the pavilion at setup.

Have all five? You are ready to book. Missing one? Call or text 407-460-0871 and we will sort it out together.

Park party FAQs

Can I rent a bounce house for a park in Saint Cloud, FL?

Yes. Many Saint Cloud and Osceola County park pavilions allow inflatables when you reserve the pavilion, the park office approves it for your date, and the park has our certificate of insurance, which we provide. Call or text 407-460-0871 with the park name and we confirm the rest.

Are bounce houses allowed at Kissimmee parks?

No. The City of Kissimmee does not allow inflatables, tents or bounce houses at any city park or pavilion, including Kissimmee Lakefront Park. Kissimmee families usually choose a nearby Osceola County park, a Saint Cloud park or their community clubhouse, and we deliver there.

Can I have a bounce house at an Orange County park like Moss Park or Meadow Woods Park?

Yes, dry inflatables only, with written permission from the park and an insurance certificate naming Orange County filed at least 15 days before the event. Water slides are not allowed in Orange County parks. Moss Park is one of our most frequent park setups; book three weeks ahead so the paperwork clears.

Do I need a permit for a bounce house at a park?

You need a pavilion reservation in your name, and some parks add a written approval for inflatables. You reserve the pavilion; we supply the certificate of insurance and walk you through what to ask the park office.

Does the park need a certificate of insurance from the rental company?

Almost always, yes, and we handle it. The $100 park fee on every park booking covers naming the city or county as an additional insured on our certificate. You tell us what the park office needs on the certificate, we send it to our carrier, and we email the certificate to you and to the park, usually within 48 hours. Parks need extra time to approve it, so ask early.

Is there electricity at park pavilions?

Sometimes, but it is rarely reliable, so a generator is required for every park event unless you bring your own. Our 3,500-watt generator ($99) runs one blower and our 5,500-watt generator ($149) runs two, both delivered with a full tank, so you never have to worry about power.

Is there a minimum order for park parties?

Yes, park orders start at $349 in rentals before delivery, plus a $100 park fee that covers the additional-insured certificate and same-day pickup. Most park parties are a combo or obstacle course with a generator, tables and chairs, which meets the minimum easily.

Can you set up water slides at a park?

Most parks do not allow water slides, and many have no water hookup, so we recommend our dry slides, combos and obstacle courses for park parties. Ask us about your specific park before booking a water unit.

What time do you pick up at a park?

The same day, before dark and before the park closes, for safety. Same-day pickup is included in the $100 park fee. Tell us the park's closing time when you book and our crew schedules setup an hour or more before your start and pickup before dusk.

Can you bring the food too?

Yes. Our family's catering business, Fiona's Cuisines, can deliver the food to the same pavilion as the rentals, so one family handles the whole party. See the catering page or ask when you call.
