Large obstacle courses
Obstacle courses are the workhorse of a fall festival. They move a line quickly, give older kids and teens something competitive, and keep guests circulating instead of bunching up at one unit.
Interactive games
Head-to-head games give teens and adults a reason to stay, and they’re natural fundraiser stations.
Bounce houses & combos
For the littlest guests and mixed-age crowds. Themed bounce houses (ages 2+) keep preschoolers and early grades happy, while 5-in-1 and 7-in-1 combos add slides, hoops and climbs for elementary kids.

Concessions
Popcorn, cotton candy, snow cone and hot dog machines — $99 each. Popcorn includes 50 servings, with extra servings available. Each machine needs its own outlet.
Generators
Schools, parks, church lots and open fields often don’t have outlets where you need them. Our gas generators are $99 each and come with a full tank for standard run time. For park events, a generator for each inflatable is required. Add a generator to your order →

Real Saint Cloud events
This August our crew set up a Saint Cloud church family event for more than 275 guests with a 32-foot double-lane water slide, a 25-foot Ice Cream slide, the 70-foot Warrior obstacle course, a combo and a bounce house at a Saint Cloud church event. A few questions settle most of the planning. Here’s how we think about them.
- Crowd size
- Smaller gatherings (a classroom, a youth group) do well with a combo unit and a game or two. Medium events benefit from a bounce house for little ones, a combo or slide for elementary kids, and one obstacle course to keep lines moving. High-attendance festivals usually spread out across several stations — one or two obstacle courses, a couple of bounce houses or combos, interactive games, and concessions — so no single line gets long. We’ll size it with you based on your headcount.
- Age groups
- Preschool and early elementary: themed bounce houses (ages 2+) and small combos. Elementary: 5-in-1 combos, 25–35 ft obstacle courses, water slides in warm weather. Teens: 50–70 ft obstacle courses, Joust, axe throw, dunk tank. Adults and families: Joust, dunk tank, axe throw, yard games, and tents with seating.
- Space
- Check each unit’s dimensions on its product page and add about 3 feet of clearance on every side. Plan where trucks can reach, how the surface anchors (stakes in grass, sandbags on concrete or asphalt), where guests will line up and exit, and where tents and seating go so walkways stay open.
- Power
- We prefer to set up within 50 feet of an outlet and can extend to 100 feet with our commercial-grade cords. Each blower needs its own 20-amp breaker — multiple blowers can’t share a circuit. Beyond 100 feet, or anywhere the venue can’t supply dedicated circuits, a generator is required; add ours to your order or provide one that meets the required wattage. Park events require a generator for each inflatable.
- Event layout
- The best festivals plan attractions, shade, seating, concessions and traffic flow together: big draws spread apart, a shaded check-in and food area, little-kid units grouped away from the teen courses, and clear paths for parents. Send us a sketch or photo of the space and we’ll suggest a layout.

Do you provide inflatable rentals for Saint Cloud schools?
Yes. We regularly work with Saint Cloud, Kissimmee and Orlando schools and youth programs for fall festivals, field days, reward days and fundraisers, and we can schedule early delivery or special timing around the school day.
Can Bounce N Around Rentals provide a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured and can provide insurance certificates for schools, churches, parks and event venues on request. Let us know the event date, the venue, and who the certificate should be issued to.
Do you provide rentals for church fall festivals and trunk-or-treats?
Yes. Church fall and harvest festivals, trunk-or-treats, youth nights and outreach events are some of our favorite events of the year. We bring family-friendly inflatables, obstacle courses, games, tents and concessions and set up around your parking and service schedule.
Can you handle HOA and community events?
Yes. We deliver multi-unit setups to clubhouses, pool lawns, parks and neighborhood common areas across Saint Cloud, Harmony, Lake Nona, Kissimmee and Orlando, and we can include tents, tables, chairs and concessions in the same order.
What rentals are best for large crowds?
Obstacle courses move lines fastest and work for the widest age range, so most large events start there. Add bounce houses or combos for younger kids, interactive games for teens and adults, and concessions to spread the crowd across stations.
Do you provide event attendants?

Can you provide generators?
Yes. Gas generators are $99 each with a full tank for standard run time. A generator is required when the setup is more than 100 feet from a power source or the venue can’t provide a dedicated 20-amp circuit per blower, and for every inflatable at park events.
Do you rent tents, tables and chairs?
Yes. We offer a 20' × 20' high-peak tent, 10' × 10' pop-up tents with side walls, 6-foot and 60-inch round tables, folding and padded chairs, and table covers.
How far ahead should a fall festival be booked?
Fall festivals and trunk-or-treats cluster on October weekends, and our large obstacle courses and slides book first. We recommend reserving at least 2–3 weeks ahead — earlier for October Saturdays — and a small deposit locks in your date.
Can you set up at parks or school fields?
Yes. Please call our office before booking a park event: parks require a park fee that covers additional insurance, a minimum order, and a generator for each inflatable. We set up on grass, turf, concrete, pavers, gym floors and event halls with the right anchoring for each surface.
What happens if bad weather is forecast?
Cancel 7 or more days before your rental date for a full refund. Within 7 days, we issue a raincheck credit good for up to a year. Once equipment is delivered and set up, refunds aren’t available, so if severe weather is in the forecast, contact us early and we’ll work on rescheduling with you.
