Are you insured?
Yes. Bounce N Around Rentals carries general liability insurance through an A-rated carrier for our inflatable and party rental operations, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for any booking that needs one. A standard certificate is included with your booking at no charge. If your organization requires it, we can also have the certificate name your school, church, HOA, management company, city or venue as an additional insured. That endorsement is a $100 add-on. When you reserve online, answer Yes to the checkout question "Is your event at a park, do you need same-day pickup, or does your organization need to be added to our insurance?", or tell us when you book by phone.
We are happy to send the certificate directly to the person who needs it: your facilities office, your HOA manager, the parks department or the venue coordinator.
What our insurance covers, in plain English
Insurance paperwork is full of terms most people never need to learn. Here is what ours means for the person hosting the event.
What it is
Commercial general liability coverage held by Bounce N Around Rentals through an A-rated carrier, with limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. It covers claims of bodily injury or property damage that arise from our equipment and our operations at your event.
What it means for you
The company setting up in your backyard, park or clubhouse carries its own coverage, and your school, church, HOA, management company or city can be named on the certificate when they require it.
What it does not do
It does not replace the host's own homeowner's, church or association policy, and it does not cover use against the posted rules: overloading a unit, adults on a children's bounce house, or moving a unit after our crew has set it up. Following the rules we review with you at delivery is what keeps everyone covered.
Why it matters when you compare companies
Anyone can type "insured" on a website. Before you book with any company, ask for a certificate of insurance naming your organization. If they can't produce one within a day or two, that tells you something. A standard certificate from us is included with every booking.
How to request a certificate of insurance
Certificates are issued by our insurance agency and usually arrive within 1 to 2 business days. For an event less than a week away, tell us and we will mark the request as a rush.
- Book your date. We issue certificates for confirmed bookings. Reserve online or call or text 407-460-0871. If your organization must be named as an additional insured ($100), answer Yes to the checkout question "Is your event at a park, do you need same-day pickup, or does your organization need to be added to our insurance?", or tell us when you book by phone.
- Send us the certificate details. Email fun@bouncenaroundrentals.com or text 407-460-0871 with the information below. If your organization has its own insurance requirements sheet, attach it.
- We send the certificate. You will receive the COI by email, and we can also send it straight to your venue, park or management company.

Everything our agency needs to issue your certificate:
What the certificate looks like
This is a sample of the certificate your organization receives. It is the standard ACORD 25 form used by insurers across the country, so your parks office, school district or HOA manager will recognize it. Identifying numbers are blacked out on this sample; your actual certificate arrives with your organization's name in the Certificate Holder box.
Sample only, shown in two parts. Policy numbers and agency contact details are redacted. Your certificate is issued with your organization's name and address in the Certificate Holder box.
Who usually needs a certificate
City and county parks
City of Saint Cloud and Osceola County parks, including Lakefront Park, Chisholm Park, Peghorn Nature Park and Hopkins Park, require a certificate of insurance for inflatables. Reserve your pavilion first, then send us the park's requirements. Park events also require a generator for each inflatable, a park fee and a minimum order, so please call our office before booking a park event.
Schools and youth programs
Most Osceola County schools, PTAs and youth programs ask for a certificate naming the school or district. We schedule early delivery around the school day and accept purchase orders and checks from schools and churches.
Churches and venues
Churches, event halls and gyms usually ask for a certificate before an indoor or parking-lot setup. See the church events we have set up.
HOAs and property managers
Clubhouse, pool-lawn and common-area events usually need a certificate naming the association or management company. See the HOA events we have set up in Saint Cloud and Davenport.
How we set up safely
Insurance is the backstop. The daily work is setting up every unit so it never needs to be used. Here is what our crew does on every delivery.
| What we check | What we do |
|---|---|
| Anchoring | Stakes on grass; sandbags or weights on concrete, asphalt, pavers and indoor floors. Every unit is anchored before it is inflated for guests. |
| Clearance | About 3 feet of clear space on every side of each inflatable, away from fences, trees, power lines and walkways. |
| Power | Each blower on its own 20-amp circuit, within 50 feet of the outlet and never more than 100 feet with our commercial-grade cords. Beyond that, or where the venue can't supply dedicated circuits, we use a gas generator. |
| Cleaning | Every inflatable is cleaned, sanitized and inspected before each rental. |
| Walkthrough | We review the safety rules and the unit's posted rider limits with the person in charge before we leave. |
| Supervision | An adult must supervise at all times. For larger events, our event staff can supervise the inflatables and run concession machines ($50 per hour, per staff member). |
| Weather | Inflatables are deflated and cleared in high winds, lightning or heavy rain. If severe weather is in the forecast, contact us early and we will work on rescheduling with you. |
